QC Engineer (Tester, QA QC, MySQL)

Job description

• Create and develop testing processes (test plan, test cases, test scenarios, etc.);
• Establish product quality control procedures, identify and annotate software defects;
• Find product bugs, analyze root causes, and manage bug fixing activities;
• Support business analysis, propose activities to improve product quality;
• Measure, analyze, and report testing data to evaluate product quality;
• Ensure timely delivery, quality of work, and report regularly to management.

Your skills and experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Ability to read, understand, analyze project requirements, and plan for the testing phase;
• Master testing processes, types of testing, and testing techniques;
• Experience using at least one database management system (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, ...);
• Good communication and teamwork skills, ability to work under high pressure;
• Priority is given to candidates with experience working in software development processes, understanding of software quality systems;
• Basic English reading and writing is an advantage.

2 Working regime

1. Working time and location
   • Working hours: Monday to Saturday
     • Morning: 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM
     • Afternoon: 1:30 PM - 6:00 PM
   • Location: Roman Plaza, To Huu, Nam Tu Liem, Hanoi
2. Leave, holidays
   • Leave (after probationary period): 1 day off/month;
