Job description

Working place: Centec Tower, District 3, HCMC

Time working: Mon to Fri, 09.00 am to 06.00 pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, problems, and service requests related to FlexCube.
• Monitor and maintain FlexCube application uptime and performance.
• Coordinate with Oracle (or other vendors) for issue escalation and patch management.
• Work on bug fixes, enhancements, and configuration changes to meet business requirements.
• Support FlexCube end-of-day (EOD) and start-of-day (SOD) processes.
• Participate in UAT, patching, version upgrades, and migration projects.
• Document support procedures, issue logs, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure compliance with IT security, audit, and regulatory standards.
• Provide on-call or after-hours support when required.

Your skills and experience

Requirements:

• Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in:
  • AML (Anti-Money Laundering) & Compliance Testing
  • LOS/LMS, CASA, TD, SWIFT, and Payment Modules
  • UAT, Functional, and Production Testing
  • Defect Management using JIRA and Spira
  • Core Banking (Oracle FlexCube: CIF, CASA, OBPM, OBBRN, OBCL, ELCM)
  • Data Migration ETL & Data Warehousing Reporting & Analytics (Power BI)
  • Loan Management Systems: Lend Perfect LOS & LMS
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
