The project:

We are developing a custom CRM system. The system uses advanced design patterns such as
DDD and Event Sourcing

Key aspects of our custom CRM

• Integrate and Extend VoIP Systemsh
• Seamlessly integrate Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) functionalities into our CRM
  system
• Enhance customer interactions by enabling voice communication capabilities directly
  within the platform
• Plan and execute further integrations to automate processes and explore the potential of including Large Language Models (LLM) to optimize workflows.
• Rewrite and Modernize the UI
• Transition the existing user interface from Ext.js to Next.js, ensuring a modern, responsive, and user-friendly experience
• Collaborate with the design team to implement best UI/UX practices
• Leverage AWS Services
• Utilize a variety of AWS services to build and maintain our infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security
• Implement cloud-native solutions to enhance our platform’s capabilities.
• CI/CD Pipelinesh
• Develop and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
• to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of code
• Automate testing and deployment processes to improve development workflows
• As well, there will be a possibility to contribute to side projects
• Participate in smaller side projects using .NET 6 and Python, adding variety and depth to your role
• Collaborate with different teams to deliver high-quality software solutions

Your skills and experience

Qualifications

• Experience with .NET and MV3
• AWS experience – a big advantage
• Proficient in programming languages such as C#, TypeScript + Python as an advantage
• At least a basic understanding of DBs – MSSQL, Postgre, DynamoDB, ElasticSearch, Redis
• Knowledge of web technologies (Next JS)
• VoIP integration (Asterisk, FreePBX) experience is a plus
• Experience with source control, CI/CD, and collaboration tools (Git, Azure Devops)
• Ability to analyze and optimize code for performance and scalability
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities and fluency in spoken and written English
