Job description

Do you have a passion for building enterprise systems? We are looking for Business Analysts with strong analytical skills and Banking domain exposure to join our team and help deliver high-impact digital solutions for banking clients.
Openings: 3 positions (2 Middle, 1 Senior)

What You’ll Do

• Work with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, workflows, business rules, and acceptance criteria
• Create and maintain documentation such as BRD, SRS/FRS, and user guidelines
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and architects to support solution design (system workflows, APIs, data models)
• Participate in Agile activities, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and requirement clarification
• Coordinate and support UAT with business users to ensure solutions meet business needs
• For Senior BA: Lead BA activities in complex banking projects and manage requirement backlog

Your skills and experience

Your Skills and Experience

• Middle level: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software projects
• Senior level: 5+ years of experience, including involvement in complex or enterprise projects
• Experience in banking or financial systems (Core Banking, Digital Banking, Payments, Lending) is preferred
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, BPMN / UML modeling tools
• Strong skills in requirements analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication
• Ability to translate business needs into clear system requirements and user stories
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Detail-oriented with strong ownership and a proactive mindset

Nice to have 

• Experience with enterprise B2B systems
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodology
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSPO
• Good English skills
