Your skills and experience

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Strong English communication skills (working directly with the Swiss team and clients)
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Full-stack Developer (backend-focused)
• Responsible, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple technologies
• Strong mindset for security, performance, and customer-oriented solutions
• Willingness to learn, share knowledge, and stay updated with new technologies
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

• Collaborate closely with teams in Vietnam and Switzerland, as well as with European clients
• Design, develop, and maintain websites and web applications using Node.js (Payload CMS), PHP, and React/Next.js
• Manage server configurations and ensure continuous optimisation of systems and processes

TECHNOLOGIES AT VIETSWISS

• BE: NodeJS - CMS: PayloadCMS (most used), WordPress, Strapi, Directus, Nova, Typo3, etc.
• FE: ReactJS/NextJS (most used), VueJS, tailwindCSS
• Server: Cloudflare, Google Cloud

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS

(Not required for the job, but would be great if you have any experience with these)

• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, AWS, or cloud platforms
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
• Experience with testing (Unit tests / TDD)
• Ability to mentor or guide other developers
