Job description

The Role

Common responsibilities

• Design, develop & test product-specific software of Radar System over the entire product development cycle;
• Apply model-based development on a distributed embedded system; 
• Work on SW-architecture, write, test and debug code according to software requirement specification and the defined process; 
• Complete software module test report and integration test report according to test result;
• Primarily responsible of software modules of ADAS product; 
• Other job assigned by Department Manager.

Middle Level

• Discuss with customer about specific solution to improve the performance of system, including function implementation and system interface. 

Senior Level

• High level Collaborative Design of integrated solution in compliance with a formal ASPICE. 
• Work with Software PjM to find the optimal technical solution to project challenges.
• Accurately identify customer needs for Radar system, including function implementation and system interface, provide estimates for integrated system solution.
• Improve operation by conducting system analysis, recommending change in policies and procedures.
• Participate in and lead design quality reviews and provide mentorship to other engineers.

Your Qualifications

Common Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, with major in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics; 
• Experience with simulation and development tools, e.g. Vector CANoe, etc; 
• Experience with C, C++ and CAPL; 
• Autosar experience preferred;
• Good team player and good communication skills.

Middle Level

• 2-5 years experience in Embedded System; 
• Embedded development tool especially Rhapsody, Polyspace, WindIdea, Davinci, DOORs, PTC. 
• Being familiar with 32-bit MCU, Infineon TriCore MCU is a plus;
• Knowledge on Communication & Diagnostic protocols: CAN, LIN, Ethernet and TCP/IP protocols and UDS. 
• Ability to communication in English. 

Senior Level

• 5+ years experience in Embedded System; 
• Strong at embedded development tool especially Rhapsody, Polyspace, WindIdea, Davinci, DOORs, PTC.
• Strong at 32-bit MCU, Infineon TriCore MCU; Bare Metal OS/RTOS & Multi-core development experience. 
• Knowledge on Communication & Diagnostic protocols, Cybersecurity: CAN, LIN, Ethernet, TCP/IP protocols, J1939 and UDS. 
• CI CD & Automation Development is a plus. 
• FBL/Boot SW experiences is a plus.
• At least one: Cyber security developments or Functional safety development experience. 
• Fluent in English.
• Familiarity with maturity model such as ASPICE and/or CMMI.
