Mid Java (Sping) Developer

Job description

 Analyze and understand existing VB.NET codebases, focusing on business logic and functionalities.

 Translate VB.NET code into clean, well-structured Java code using Spring frameworks (Spring Boot preferred).

 Design and document detailed design specifications for the converted Java code, ensuring maintainability and scalability.

 Develop and implement unit tests for the converted Java code to guarantee code quality and reliability.

 Collaborate with the development team to understand business requirements and ensure the converted code meets those needs. 

Your skills and experience

-  Degree of IT (Bachelor, Associate)

• 2-5 years of experience as a Java developer with a solid understanding of core Java concepts (OOP, collections, concurrency, etc.)
• Experience working with Spring frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, etc.)
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks like JUnit and Mockito is a plus.
• Strong understanding of relational databases (SQL) and potentially NoSQL databases.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to read, understand, and translate VB.NET code effectively ( can be train ) 
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly across teams.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
• Prior experience working with Japanese customers is a plus.
• English required (TOEIC >= 600 or equivalent). 
• Japanese skill is a plus
