Job description
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team.
- Analyze and model the business domain to create a complete picture of work-flows and technical requirements.
- Support the creation and management of requirement documentation.
- Assist in defining project scope and providing requirement-related updates.
Your skills and experience
- 3- 5 years of experience for BA position
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Digital Transformation Products, E-commerce systems, FinTech, EduTech, and Social Networks.
- Proficiency in handling and analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical requirements.
- Ability to create wireframes and diagrams.
- Knowledge of business domain modeling and the ability to create a complete picture of work-flows and technical requirements.
- Strong project management skills to manage project plans, documentation, and schedules.
- Familiarity with cost/benefit analysis.
- Excellent communication skills to act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team.
- Good in English communication.
- Willing to work outside the office
