Job description

Design and architect Microsoft-native AI-assisted workflows across Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Build custom agents and guided workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including knowledge sources, topics, actions, generative responses, and agent flows.
Develop workflow forms and interactive experiences using Power Apps, Teams apps, and Adaptive Cards.
Automate business processes using Power Automate cloud flows, approvals, connectors, scheduled flows, manual-trigger flows, and desktop flows where needed.
Integrate solutions securely with Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 services, users, groups, and organizational data using proper permission controls and admin consent.
Configure secure knowledge sources from SharePoint, Dataverse, approved websites, and external systems using Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 connectors.
Implement security and compliance controls, including Microsoft Purview sensitivity labels, DLP policies, auditability, retention, and least-privilege access controls.
Transform operational workflows into scalable AI-assisted business processes with clear human review and approval checkpoints.
Prepare technical documentation including architecture design, data flows, permission models, environments, licensing assumptions, maintenance processes, and handover guidelines.

Your skills and experience

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including building agents, topics, actions, knowledge sources, generative responses, and agent flows.
Good understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, and Agent Builder, including when to use standard Copilot features versus custom Power Platform or Teams solutions.
Proven experience with Power Automate, including cloud flows, approvals, connectors, scheduled workflows, Outlook/Teams/SharePoint automation, document routing, error handling, and monitoring.
Experience building business applications using Power Apps, including Canvas Apps and/or Model-driven Apps with clean forms, dashboards, and workflow-driven interfaces.
Solid understanding of Dataverse, including tables, relationships, security roles, environments, solutions, ALM, and data modeling.
Experience developing Microsoft Teams solutions such as Teams tabs, bots/agents, message extensions, Adaptive Cards, and Microsoft 365 Agents Toolkit.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Graph and Microsoft Entra ID, including app registrations, delegated/application permissions, admin consent, and secure access design.
Hands-on experience with SharePoint, Teams Files, and OneDrive, including document libraries, metadata, permissions, governance, and document lifecycle management.
Experience working with Outlook and Exchange Online, including shared mailboxes, email workflows, attachments, calendar integrations, and secure communication handling.
Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, including sensitivity labels, DLP policies, retention, audit, and compliance governance.
Strong English communication skills, with the ability to work directly with international clients in both written and spoken communication.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a project-based and collaborative environment.
