Manual QA Tester (Salesforce)

Job description

We are looking for a Manual QA Tester to join our team and work on Salesforce CRM and other related systems. The QA Analyst will be responsible for functional testing, collaborating closely with developers and business teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed and well-structured test cases and execute them.
• Coordinate with multiple teams (Process, Development, QA) for smooth test cycle releases.
• Analyze test results, log defects, and track them to closure.
• Participate in test case reviews and provide clarification when needed.
• Ensure all testing artifacts are version controlled and accessible.

Your skills and experience

• Japanese language skill of N3 level or above (bắt buộc)
• Good knowledge of Salesforce
• Only female applicants will be considered
• 1–5 years of experience in Manual QA Testing.
• Experience in Integration Testing (IT) and System Testing（ST）
• Understanding of SDLC models like Waterfall and Agile.
• Familiarity with the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Proficient in writing Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scripts, Test Reports, and Defect Reports.
• Strong background in Functional, System, Regression, and Sanity Testing.
• Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Backlog, or similar.

PREFERENCES / GOOD TO HAVE

• Salesforce CRM knowledge or testing experience is a big plus.
• Experience in Healthcare domain is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with BPM tools or document management systems is a bonus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
