Job description

As a Manual QA Engineer, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Utilize Agile testing metrics to monitor and report on the quality of the software.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and issues, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
• Conduct regression testing to verify that new features and bug fixes do not adversely affect existing functionality.
• Work closely with developers and product managers to provide feedback and drive continuous improvement.

Your skills and experience

• Agile Testing Metrics: Experience in applying Agile testing metrics to assess and improve software quality.
• Software Testing Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in manual software testing.
• Domain Expertise: Experience in testing Insurance domains/projects (Must have)
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• English Communication: Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for daily meetings and direct interactions with cross-country Managers.
