Job description

We are seeking a Junior Web Developer (1–3 years of experience) to join our team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Java Web development using at least one of the following frameworks: Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Servlet, JSP, Struts, Hibernate, Java Server Faces (JSF) or ReactJS. In addition, the candidate must possess solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 for building responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior developers and project managers to understand requirements and deliver features on time.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications (Internet Banking) and Mobile Banking applications (web view) using the company’s internal frameworks or ReactJS.
• Experience with RESTful APIs for web applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices. 
• Debug and fix technical issues to improve application stability and performance.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
• Keep up-to-date with new web technologies and suggest improvements. 

Your skills and experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Basic knowledge of Java Web frameworks (e.g., Spring, Spring Boot, MVC, Hibernate) or ReactJS and related libraries.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/ Typescript
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to project needs.
• Able to work independently as well as team work.
• Can work under high pressure, detail-oriented, and careful.

Preferred Skills (Plus but not required)

• Have got acknowledge about Banking/ Finance 
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
