Job description

• Participate actively in all web application development lifecycle phases, including planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Support continuous improvement by investigating and presenting alternatives and technologies for architectural review.
• Designs, estimates, and implements technical solutions for web applications.
• Explore new technologies to solve technical challenges.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Responsible for reviewing code and helping other team members with technical issues.
• Conduct daily meetings with the project teams.

Your skills and experience

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in core Java concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
• In-depth knowledge of Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA.
• Experience with RESTful web services and API design.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and build tools (Maven, Gradle).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration skills.
• A passion for technology and a continuous learning mindset.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, Mockito).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
