Job description

• Phát triển và duy trí các ứng dụng doanh nghiệp bằng C#, ASP.NET và SQL Server

Develop and maintain enterprise-level applications using C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server 

• Quản lý đội nhóm trong việc thiết kế, phát triển và duy trì các ứng dụng web bằng C# và .NET

Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using C# and .NET technologies

• Triển khai các phương pháp Agile, bao gồm lập kế hoạch sprint, họp hàng ngày và họp hồi cứu để đảm bảo thực thi dự án hiệu quả

Implement Agile practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure efficient project delivery

• Tham gia vào quá trình phát triển phần mềm theo phương pháp Agile, đóng góp vào hoạt động lập kế hoạch sprint và tổ chức backlog.

Participated in Agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning and backlog grooming

• Phối hợp với các nhóm đa chức năng để xác định yêu cầu và mục tiêu của dự án

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables

• Làm việc phối hợp chặt chẽ với các bên liên quan để thu thập các yêu cầu và cung cấp các giải pháp kỹ thuật

Worked closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions

• Hướng dẫn lập trình viên mới vào nghề và thực hiện đánh giá mã nguồn để bảo đảm chất lượng mã nguồn và tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn tốt nhất

Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices.

Your skills and experience

1.Yêu cầu công việc/ Required qualification

• Am hiểu các ngôn ngữ lập trình như: C#, .NET Framework

Programming Languages: C#, .NET Framework 

• Có kinh nghiệm với cơ sở dữ liệu:  SQL Server, MongoDB

Databases: SQL Server, MongoDB 

• Thành thạo công nghệ web: ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SPA, Node.js

Web Technologies: ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SPA, Node.js 

• Nắm rõ về công cụ phát triển: Visual Studio, Git, Azure DevOps

Development Tools: Visual Studio, Git, Azure DevOps

• Có kiến thức về các phương pháp phát triển phần mềm: Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)

Methodologies: Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)

• Kỹ năng giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh tốt cả trong việc viết và nói

Excellent written and spoken English and a strong communication skill

• Kinh nghiệm quản lý ban đầu là một lợi thế

First management experience

2.Kinh nghiệm/ Experience

• Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong phát triển phần mềm tại công ty sản xuất

At least 5 years of experience in software development in a manufacturing company

3.Bằng cấp/ Education

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Công nghệ Thông tin, Khoa học Máy tính hoặc liên quan

A bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
