Job description

• Develop, integrate, and manage CI/CD pipelines for all systems, ensuring smooth and efficient deployment.
• Review, analyze, and implement security policies for existing services to ensure compliance and protect against vulnerabilities.
• Upgrade, back up, and scale the network topology for both Head Office (HO) and branch locations.
• Provide daily support to users, handle help-desk inquiries, and troubleshoot IT issues.
• Monitor system resources, detect vulnerabilities, ensure load balancing, and maintain a secure system environment.
• Research, evaluate, and integrate new technological solutions into existing systems for continuous improvement.
• Possess strong knowledge of networking, security protocols, system administration, and database management.
• Take responsibility for the implementation and completion of all assigned tasks and responsibilities.
• Address and resolve any arising issues within the assigned scope of work.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)
• At least 8+ years experience with monitoring and optimizing system resources, load balancing, and ensuring network scalability.
• Proven experience in Docker development and CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Strong background in network infrastructure, security, and system administration.
• In-depth understanding of system vulnerabilities and the implementation of security policies.
• Solid experience in troubleshooting IT issues, providing support, and managing help-desk requests.
• Familiarity with database management and best practices for backup and disaster recovery.
• Ability to research and apply new technological solutions to improve existing systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
