IT Business Partner (ERP/ SAP/ Oracle)

Job description

Key objectives 

• Responsible for the process digitalization of following key areas: Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Production, Finance.
• Maintain and support SAP B1 as an IT Business Partner.

Job Responsibilities 

• Build strategic relationships with partners to stimulate, surface, and shape their needs and requirements.
• Ensure that the designed business processes, digitalization solutions are tailored to meet the specific needs and expectations of partners, and that they are delivered in a way that drives the greatest possible value and impact.
• Develop deployment plan and schedules, and monitor progress against objectives. 
• Manage risks and issues, and take corrective action as needed.
• Ensure that all deliverables are of high quality and meet stakeholder expectations.
• Develop and maintain a good understanding of the responsible business area.
• Oriented and focused on delivering outcomes that meet business needs.
• Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Your skills and experience

Education: 

• Bachelor’s degree

Experience: 

• Experience in consulting position for ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP,...
• At least 3 years experience of SAP B1 implementation for lead team position.
• Good communication, problem-solving, consulting skills.
• Good English communication skill.
• Familiar with one of following business area: Sales, Procurement, Finances, Production.
