Job description

We are looking for an AI Business Analyst to join our Business Analyst team and help translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements for our SaaS, e commerce, CRM, automation, and AI-driven platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who can bridge business, product, engineering, QC, and AI tools to help teams build faster, smarter, and with higher quality.
Key Responsibilities
● Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and BA team members to collect, analyze, clarify, and prioritize business requirements.
● Convert business needs into clear specifications, workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, mockups, and process diagrams.
● Collaborate with developers, QC, designers, and project teams to ensure requirements are well understood and implemented correctly.
● Support product development across multiple business domains, including SaaS, e-commerce, CRM, internal operations, automation, and AI agent systems.
● Assist in designing user flows, system logic, data flows, and business rules for complex platform features.
● Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI assistants to improve requirement analysis, documentation, testing preparation, research, and productivity.
● Support the creation of AI-ready documents that can be used to train internal AI agents, support teams, and business users.
● Help manage change requests, clarify scope, assess impact, and work with development teams to adjust plans when business needs change.
● Support UAT planning and execution to verify that completed features meet business requirements before production release.
● Assist with ad hoc reporting, data analysis, SQL queries, and business insights when needed.
● Continuously look for opportunities to improve business processes, product usability, automation, and team productivity through AI.

Your skills and experience

Job Requirements
● Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
● Some experience in business analysis, product analysis, software development, QC, or SaaS/e-commerce projects is preferred.
● Experience or interest in e-commerce, SaaS, CRM, farming technology, retail operations, or AI automation is a strong advantage.
● Basic understanding of software development lifecycle, requirement gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, UAT, and product delivery.
● Basic knowledge of SQL Server, Excel/Google Sheets, diagram tools, prototyping tools, and documentation tools.
● Familiarity with SaaS platforms, APIs, AI tools, automation tools, and data-driven product development is a plus.
● Able to work on multiple projects at the same time while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
● Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, organization, and prioritization skills.
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing business priorities.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
● Good presentation, stakeholder communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
● Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, or similar tools for real work is a big plus.
