Job description

We are seeking a skilled IBM Maximo Developer to join LG CNS Vietnam Build Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining Maximo solutions to support business requirements. You will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Develop, customize, and configure IBM Maximo applications, including workflows, automation scripts, MBOs, and integration components.

Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Design and implement Maximo modules such as Work Management, Asset Management, Inventory, and Procurement.

Perform unit testing, system testing, and troubleshooting of Maximo configurations and customizations.

Integrate Maximo with third-party systems using Web Services, REST, and other integration technologies.

Provide support and maintenance for Maximo applications, ensuring system performance and stability.

Document technical designs, user guides, and best practices.

Stay updated with the latest Maximo features, patches, and upgrades.

Your skills and experience

[Required]

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

1+ years of experience in IBM Maximo development and implementation.

Strong knowledge of Maximo Application Framework (MIF), MBO customization, and automation scripting (Java, Python, or JavaScript).

Experience in developing and configuring Maximo BIRT Reports.

Hands-on experience with SQL, database management (DB2, Oracle, or SQL Server), and performance tuning.

Experience with integration technologies such as REST API, Web Services, and JSON/XML.

Familiarity with Maximo security configurations, user access, and role management.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Good communication skills in English; Korean language is a plus.

Experience with Maximo 7.6 or Maximo Application Suite (MAS 8.0).

Knowledge of cloud deployment and Maximo SaaS solutions.

IBM Maximo certification is a plus.

Experience working in an enterprise asset management (EAM) environment.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
