Job Overview
The PAVE Infrastructure Engineer will be primarily responsible for managing and maintaining the PAVE infrastructure, ensuring the delivery of secure and high-quality services. This role involves collaborating with engineers, enhancing infrastructure tools, and implementing upgrades as needed. A key responsibility is to protect PAVE from cybersecurity threats by performing vulnerability assessments, deploying security measures, and managing risk.
Responsibilities
- Mainly responsible for the PAVE Infrastructure and collaborate with other engineers to develop and deliver secured and qualified services
- Monitor and execute required upgrades to all tools related to the IT infrastructure
- Ensuring PAVE is safe and secure against cybersecurity threats
- Identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessments and risk management
- Developing Incidence management reports and root cause analysis
- Monitoring security processes during their entire lifecycle to ensure adherence to policies and updating or creating new processes to improve or minimize wastage
- Have the technical skills to review, verify, and validate the software code developed in the project
- Have the knowledge in a least one of the following programming languages: Golang, Python, Javascript, PHP, to support the development of related PAVE services
- Support IT Manager with documenting and executing required licenses/ certification such as ISO, SOC2, ITGC.

Requirement
- Familiarity with data engineering and building data intensive applications
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and initiatives
- 3+ years work experience securing enterprise-scale infrastructure software and services
- 2+ years work experience writing code in at least one of this languages Golang, Python, Javascript, PHP
- Experience in managing endpoints (macOS, iOS and ChromeOS) using MDM solutions, specifically defining and applying secure configurations.
- Experience in reviewing distributed systems design and conducting threat model assessment of infrastructure software and services
Preferred qualifications - Professional Google Workspace Administrator and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certifications
- Experience applying CIS benchmarks and/or STIGs
- Experience with SIEM, SOAR and cloud data management systems (e.g. Chronicle, Databricks, Trino)An ability to think creatively and holistically about reducing security risk in a complex environment
- Proven ability to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems
- Well versed in network design and network security best practices
