Job description

• Develop and implement tailored Salesforce solutions, focusing on platforms such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities.
• Utilize Salesforce APIs to integrate with external applications and tools.
• Develop efficient code using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, JavaScript and other web technologies.
• Create workflows and processes to support business needs.
• Manage Salesforce integration with enterprise systems, ensuring accurate and seamless data synchronization.
• Manage deployment processes using CI/CD tools and best practices.
• Maintain and enhance the Salesforce security framework, including permissions, roles, and data protection strategies.
• Handle Salesforce administrative tasks, including setting up users, managing profiles, and generating reports.

Your skills and experience

• Comprehensive knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Force.com.
• Requires proficiency in English, working directly with foreign partners.
• At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce projects using Agile or Waterfall approaches.
• Expertise in integrating Salesforce with external business systems using ETL tools or marketing automation platforms.
• Solid understanding of web service technologies such as REST APIs, JSON…
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, CPQ, or Data Cloud) are a plus.
