Job description

Responsibilities

• Shape and support a strategic vision for application and software development.
• Lead and contribute to web and software projects that impact multiple areas of the business.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, and engineers to design and deliver technical solutions.
• Participate fully in the software development lifecycle: analysis, coding, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
• Evaluate and improve existing applications to meet evolving technology needs.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to peers, fostering growth and knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges across diverse domains.
• Coordinate with team members to deliver tangible, high-quality products.
• Apply process-driven approaches to design and development.
• Plan and manage development tasks to continuously improve performance.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in Python, Go, and C++.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including:
• Frontend: ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML
• Backend: Python, Go, NodeJS, Ruby, .NET, C++
• Mobile/OS: Objective-C, Java
• Experience building and deploying mobile applications (iOS/Android) with cross-platform mobile frameworks (React Native, Flutter).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of monitoring and messaging tools (Grafana, InfluxDB, Kafka, EMQX/MQTT, Telegraf).
• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle DB).
• Skilled in version control systems (Git, CVS, SVN, Mercurial).
• Experience developing in Unix/Linux environments.
• Familiarity with unit testing, release procedures, coding standards, documentation, and change management.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Independent, proactive, and accountable in managing tasks.
• Adaptability to fast-changing environments and openness to feedback.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and align solutions with business goals.
