Job description

Coder Trove is seeking a Fullstack Developer (Python Django & ReactJs) to join immediately and work on a project management SaaS platform. Working closely with our team, you will receive regular training and support and work in a fun and friendly team environment.

Your role:

● Debug and fix small issues in our Django-based backend and React frontend.

● Assist in maintaining and optimizing the platform’s performance.

● Implemented minor enhancements based on user feedback.

● Collaborate with senior developers and report progress regularly.

● Ensure code quality through testing and best practices.

● Document project workflows, model architectures, and key development milestones for knowledge sharing and process transparency.

● Collaborate with the Project Manager and team to fulfill additional project-related tasks as needed.

Your skills and experience

Your skills and experience

● 4 years of experience with Python 3 and the Django framework.

● Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.

● Basic knowledge of React and JavaScript/TypeScript.

● Familiarity with RESTful APIs and database management (MySQL preferred).

● Understanding of version control (Git) and development workflows

● Ability to troubleshoot and solve small technical issues independently.

● Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

● Proven ability to analyze business data models and manage training/fine-tuning processes.

● Previous work with international teams and using English for communication;

Nice to Have (But Not Required):
