Job description

・We are looking for a motivated Fullstack Developer (PHP) to join our development team in Vietnam.        
・If you enjoy hands-on development, solving technical challenges, and collaborating with both Vietnamese and Japanese teams, this is a great opportunity to grow your technical and communication skills in a global working environment.        
       
[Main Responsibilities]        
・Develop and maintain web applications using PHP frameworks (Laravel, Phalcon, etc.)       
・Participate in both backend and frontend development for outsourcing projects       
・Work closely with IT Comtor and SE teams from the Japanese headquarters       
・Participate in requirement analysis, detailed design, coding, API documentation, unit testing, and system testing       
・Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance       
・Collaborate with team members through code reviews and technical discussions       
・Support deployment, maintenance, and operational tasks when needed       
・Continuously improve development quality and workflows

Your skills and experience

[Required Skills & Experience]  
Must-Have: 
 ・At least 2 years of experience in Fullstack Web Development
 ・Experience in PHP is required.
 ・Experience in frontend development using React.js, Next.js, or similar frameworks
 ・Experience in API development and database design
 ・Experience with Git/GitHub for source code management
 ・Ability to analyze, design, and build systems
 ・Experience writing unit tests or test automation
 ・Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
 ・Proactive mindset with willingness to learn new technologies
 ・Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
 ・Experience utilizing AI tools during development
 
Nice-to-Have: 
 ・Experience working with AWS or cloud platforms
 ・Experience with Docker, CI/CD, or DevOps-related workflows
 ・Experience working in Agile/Scrum development teams
 ・Experience working with Japanese companies or offshore development projects
 ・Experience in performance optimization and system operation
