Job description

• Deliver IT consulting and application development projects from analysis through implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design system solutions.
• Develop, integrate, and maintain frontend and backend applications.
• Support system enhancement, migration, and integration initiatives.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure application performance, security, and reliability.

Your skills and experience

• 2-7 years of experience in Fullstack, Frontend, or Backend Development.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Nexacro Platform.
• Strong proficiency in Nexacro and JavaScript (ES5/ES6+).
• Experience with Spring Boot for backend development.
• Hands-on experience with Java JSP and migration of legacy systems to Nexacro.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and database integration.
• Familiarity with Nexacro features including data binding, datasets, transactions, forms, and grids.
• Experience with application deployment on Tomcat, JBoss, or WebLogic.
• Understanding of session-based authentication and enterprise application development.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD practices.
• Insurance domain knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
