CÔNG VIỆC CHÍNH

1. Quản trị và Phát triển Hệ thống ERPNext

ERPNext System Administration & Development

• Khảo sát nhu cầu, phân tích quy trình nghiệp vụ của các phòng ban nhằm cấu hình, tùy chỉnh và tối ưu hóa hệ thống ERPNext phù hợp với hoạt động của Công ty.
  Survey business requirements and analyze departmental workflows to configure, customize, and optimize the ERPNext system in alignment with company operations.
• Phát triển các tính năng tùy chỉnh, viết script, thiết kế giao diện, quản lý phân quyền người dùng và tích hợp ERPNext với các hệ thống hoặc ứng dụng khác theo nhu cầu vận hành.
  Develop custom features, write scripts, design user interfaces, manage user permissions, and integrate ERPNext with other systems or applications as required.

2. Phát triển và Tối ưu Website ODM (Shopify)

ODM Website Development & Optimization (Shopify)

• Xây dựng, phát triển và hoàn thiện website ODM trên nền tảng Shopify theo định hướng kinh doanh của Công ty.
  Build, develop, and maintain the ODM website on the Shopify platform in line with the Company's business objectives.
• Thiết kế và tối ưu giao diện người dùng (UI/UX), đảm bảo tính thẩm mỹ, hiệu quả vận hành và trải nghiệm khách hàng tốt nhất.
  Design and optimize user interfaces (UI/UX) to ensure visual appeal, operational efficiency, and an excellent customer experience.
• Nghiên cứu, triển khai và đánh giá các giải pháp tối ưu tỷ lệ chuyển đổi (Conversion Rate Optimization - CRO) nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả bán hàng trực tuyến.
  Research, implement, and evaluate Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies to improve online sales performance.

3. Xây dựng và Phát triển Hệ thống Website OEM

OEM Website System Development

• Phối hợp với các bên liên quan để phân tích yêu cầu, thiết kế kiến trúc hệ thống và phát triển website OEM theo chiến lược kinh doanh của Công ty.
  Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design system architecture, and develop the OEM website in alignment with the Company's business strategy.
• Đảm bảo hệ thống hoạt động ổn định, bảo mật, hiệu suất cao và có khả năng mở rộng trong tương lai.
  Ensure system stability, security, performance, and scalability for future growth.

4. Vận hành Hệ thống và Phát triển Full Stack

System Operations & Full Stack Development

• Tham gia toàn bộ vòng đời phát triển phần mềm, bao gồm Front-end, Back-end, cơ sở dữ liệu và các chức năng liên quan cho các dự án công nghệ của Công ty.
  Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including front-end, back-end, database development, and related technical functions for company projects.
• Quản trị máy chủ, triển khai ứng dụng, giám sát hệ thống, thực hiện sao lưu dữ liệu định kỳ và bảo trì hạ tầng công nghệ thông tin.
  Administer servers, deploy applications, monitor systems, perform regular data backups, and maintain IT infrastructure.
• Đảm bảo các hệ thống website, ERP và ứng dụng nội bộ vận hành ổn định, an toàn và hiệu quả.
  Ensure the stable, secure, and efficient operation of websites, ERP systems, and internal applications

QUYỀN HẠN

• Được quyền đề xuất, triển khai các giải pháp kỹ thuật, công nghệ và cải tiến hệ thống phần mềm nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả quản lý và vận hành của Công ty. 

Authorized to propose and implement technical solutions, technologies, and system improvements to enhance the Company's operational efficiency. 

• Được quyền yêu cầu các phòng ban liên quan cung cấp thông tin, dữ liệu và phối hợp trong quá trình phát triển, kiểm thử, triển khai và vận hành các hệ thống phần mềm. 

Authorized to request information, data, and cooperation from relevant departments for software development, testing, implementation, and system operation.

• Chủ động về giải pháp công nghệ: Được quyền chủ động lựa chọn công nghệ, thư viện (libraries), framework, công cụ phát triển phần mềm và thiết kế kiến trúc hệ thống phù hợp nhất cho dự án (trong phạm vi ngân sách và tiêu chuẩn an toàn cho phép).

Autonomy in technical solutions: Authorized to proactively select technologies, libraries, frameworks, software development tools, and design system architecture best suited for projects (within budget and safety standards).

• Yêu cầu chuẩn hóa quy trình: Được quyền yêu cầu các phòng ban cung cấp quy trình nghiệp vụ bằng văn bản/sơ đồ rõ ràng trước khi tiến hành số hóa hoặc xây dựng tính năng trên ERPNext

Request for process standardization: Authorized to request relevant departments to provide clear written business processes/flowcharts before digitizing or building features on ERPNext.

Your skills and experience

1. Trình độ học vấn & Kinh nghiệm/ Education & Experience

• Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành Công nghệ Thông tin, Khoa học Máy tính, Kỹ thuật Phần mềm hoặc các chuyên ngành liên quan.
  Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Có từ 2–3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc ở vị trí Full Stack Developer hoặc các vị trí phát triển phần mềm tương đương. Ưu tiên ứng viên có khả năng làm việc độc lập và tự quản lý dự án hiệu quả.
  Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in equivalent software development roles. Candidates with strong independent working and project self-management capabilities are preferred.

2. Năng lực Chuyên môn Kỹ thuật/ Technical Competencies

• ERPNext: Thành thạo Python và Frappe Framework; có kinh nghiệm triển khai, cấu hình, tùy chỉnh các module, workflow và cơ sở dữ liệu của ERPNext.
  ERPNext: Proficient in Python and Frappe Framework; hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and customizing ERPNext modules, workflows, and databases.
• Shopify & Web Development: Thành thạo phát triển website trên nền tảng Shopify (Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript); có kiến thức tốt về UI/UX và tối ưu hóa tỷ lệ chuyển đổi (Conversion Rate Optimization - CRO).
  Shopify & Web Development: Proficient in Shopify development (Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript); strong understanding of UI/UX principles and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
• Cơ sở dữ liệu & Hệ thống: Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với các hệ quản trị cơ sở dữ liệu như MariaDB, MySQL hoặc PostgreSQL; thành thạo Git và có kiến thức cơ bản về quản trị máy chủ Linux (Ubuntu).
  Database & Systems: Experienced with database management systems such as MariaDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL; proficient in Git and capable of basic Linux (Ubuntu) server administration.
• Có kiến thức về API, tích hợp hệ thống và phát triển ứng dụng web theo mô hình Client – Server.
  Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and client-server web application architecture.
