Job description

• The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for frontend and backend development for Smartlog STM products, while also contributing beyond assigned responsibilities through creativity and continuous improvement.
• Directly participate in building innovative, solution-oriented products through programming, solution research, and collaboration with customers and implementation teams.
• Participate in developing one of Vietnam's leading logistics platforms, with a team that researches and applies new technologies in the logistics industry.
• Develop deep expertise in providing technology solutions.
• Master technologies and continuously pursue innovation.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver results with accountability.

Your skills and experience

• At least 1-3 years of hands-on experience with .NET / .NET Core.
• Experience with Angular, AngularJS, React, or React Native is preferred.
• Ability to design scalable databases.
• Ability to design and implement APIs for large-scale systems.
• Experience developing highly reusable components for Angular or React.
• Support the team in code reviews and proactively identify issues that may affect system performance and stability.
• Experience with the following technologies is a plus: AWS, Microservices, MySQL, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Kubernetes
• Ability to apply AI tools in daily work.
• Strong AI-assisted development mindset to improve productivity, code quality, and problem-solving capability.
• Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or equivalent AI coding assistants.
• Ability to leverage AI for coding, debugging, refactoring, test case generation, performance optimization, code review, and technical research.
• Ability to validate and control AI-generated outputs to ensure correctness, security, and source code maintainability.
• Strong logical and systematic thinking.
• Passion for information technology and building innovative products from a technology foundation is a strong advantage.
