Job description

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who is passionate about building scalable, high-performance web applications. You will be responsible for developing both backend services and frontend applications while collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers.

The ideal candidate has strong Java backend experience, good frontend development skills with modern JavaScript frameworks, and enjoys solving complex technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and related frameworks.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Contribute to architecture and technical decisions.

Your skills and experience

Backend

• Strong knowledge of Java Core.
• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Experience developing multi-threaded and concurrent applications.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Understanding of software design patterns and clean code principles.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.

Frontend

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+).
• Good understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience with at least one modern frontend framework:
  • React
  • Vue.js
  • Angular
• Experience working with REST APIs from frontend applications.
• Understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Spring Framework or Spring Boot.
• Experience working with AWS services.
• Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Experience working on projects requiring timing accuracy and high reliability.
• Experience investigating and resolving:
  • Memory leaks
  • Performance bottlenecks
  • Concurrency issues
  • High-load system challenges

Nice to Have

• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
• Knowledge of cloud-native application design.
• Experience in gaming, fintech, trading, real-time systems, or other performance-critical applications.
• Experience with TypeScript.

Senior-Level Expectations

• 3+ years of Java development experience.
• Experience designing scalable backend architectures.
• Ability to independently deliver features from design to production.
• Ability to mentor junior developers.
• Strong understanding of performance optimization and troubleshooting.
