Job description

  • Location: Phu Nhuan, Ho Chi Minh City
  • Working hours: 9am – 6pm, Mon-Fri (Onsite).

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our growing team. In this unique role, you will be actively partaking in multiple phases of the technology consulting and service delivery process.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and craft tailored solutions during the pre-sales process.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and prepare proposals for prospective clients.
  • Elicit, document, and analyse business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and technical teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and contribute to the development of internal methodologies.
  • Upon request, serve as the proxy point of contact for project-related inquiries, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Upon request, provide post-implementation customer support, resolving issues and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.

Your skills and experience

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent Vietnamese & English communication and presentation abilities.
  • 1-3 years of experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Odoo, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Experience with business process modelling and documentation tools.
  • Industry-focus knowledge of Manufacturing, Human Resources, Inventory Management, or Finance is highly preferred.
