Job description
About Laidon
Laidon is a U.S.-based technology company specializing in master data and data quality solutions. As a Certified SAP Partner and creator of SimpleMDG—a modern, SAP BTP-native Master Data Governance solution—we serve enterprise clients worldwide in their digital transformation journey.
With offices in the U.S. and Vietnam, we’re scaling our global delivery model and building a high-performing Agile culture. If you’re passionate about Agile and ready to lead change, we want to talk to you.
The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Senior Scrum Master to join our growing Vietnam team and lead the Agile transformation across multiple product and delivery teams. This is not a passive facilitator role—we're looking for a confident, hands-on leader who can guide teams, influence stakeholders, and drive measurable impact.
As a senior leader, you will mentor other Scrum Masters, collaborate with U.S. counterparts, and serve as a key voice in evolving our delivery framework and Agile best practices.
What You’ll Do
Lead Agile Excellence
- Champion Agile values, principles, and best practices across teams.
- Guide product and engineering teams through Agile adoption and maturity.
- Define and evolve Scrum frameworks tailored to Laidon's context.
Coach & Mentor
- Provide hands-on coaching to Product Owners and Developers.
- Mentor junior Scrum Masters and team leads to grow internal Agile capability.
- Foster psychological safety and servant leadership across teams.
Drive Delivery Transparency
- Ensure visibility of sprint progress, risks, and metrics.
- Implement tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet) to support transparency.
- Partner with leadership to deliver business outcomes—not just velocity.
Optimize Team Performance
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies with discipline and purpose.
- Proactively identify impediments and work cross-functionally to remove them.
- Use retrospectives and data to continuously improve team health and delivery.
Collaborate Globally
- Align with U.S.-based leadership, project teams, and delivery stakeholders.
- Support global initiatives that drive scale, standardization, and agility.
Your skills and experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, including experience in scaling Agile across teams
- Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
- Scrum certifications (e.g., PSM II, CSP-SM, SAFe SSM) strongly preferred
- Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and coaching skills
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)—able to engage with global teams
- Experience working in enterprise software development (ERP/MDG a plus)
- A proactive, no-excuses mindset and passion for continuous improvement
Why you'll love working here
- Work with a U.S.-based company delivering enterprise-grade solutions
- Shape the Agile culture of a growing international organization
- Competitive salary and 13th-month bonus
- PVI Premium Healthcare + Social Insurance (per government requirements)
- 15 days paid annual leave
- Open, collaborative, and growth-focused environment
- Annual team-building and travel opportunities
- Direct access to leadership with real influence on how we scale
