Job description

1. Responsible for the daily operations, maintenance, and architecture management of the IM (Instant Messaging) system infrastructure, including messaging services, push notification services, gateways, and storage systems;
2. Manage Linux server deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization;
3. Provide operational support for Flutter client applications, including Android/iOS build packaging, CI/CD pipelines, certificate management, and release processes;
4. Manage cloud services and cloud storage solutions, including Object Storage, CDN, logging systems, backup, and disaster recovery;
5. Implement and maintain containerized deployments and automated operations using Docker and Kubernetes;
6. Ensure server security, access control, DDoS protection, and overall system stability;
7. Build and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to ensure high availability of services;
8. Collaborate with the development team to resolve production issues and improve system reliability and delivery efficiency;
9. Lead the operations team and establish technical standards and operational best practices.

Your skills and experience

1. 3+ years of Linux system administration / DevOps experience; experience with IM, social networking, live streaming, or high-concurrency systems is preferred;
2. Proficient in common middleware and infrastructure components such as Nginx, Redis, MySQL, MongoDB, and Message Queues (MQ);
3. Familiar with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and GitLab CI;
4. Familiar with Flutter application packaging and release workflows, with understanding of Android/iOS signing mechanisms;
5. Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform, such as AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, or Huawei Cloud;
6. Familiar with Object Storage services, CDN, logging systems, and monitoring frameworks;
7. Strong experience in server performance tuning, troubleshooting, and security hardening;
8. Strong sense of responsibility and good teamwork/collaboration skills;
9. Able to handle urgent production incidents and on-call support when necessary.
