Job description
We're seeking a Delivery Manager, who is responsible for ensuring the effective execution and delivery of our high-quality solutions. This role focuses on the “how” of building and shipping product features.
Essential Functions:

Facilitate Execution Excellence
- Ensure clarity and alignment on deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
- Drive sprint ceremonies, including planning, standups, and retrospectives.
- Monitor and address team health, ensuring realistic commitments and achievable plans.

Remove Blockers
- Identify and escalate risks, dependencies, and issues that may impede progress.
- Work across functions to resolve conflicts, clear roadblocks, and maintain momentum.

Support Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the local partner for Product Managers, UX Designers, and Dev Leads to coordinate execution.
- Serve as the bridge between distributed teams, ensuring seamless communication and handoffs.

Champion Quality
- Ensure delivery meets the defined standards for functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate with Dev Leads to align on technical scope and feasibility.

Optimize Delivery Processes
- Continuously improve delivery practices by analyzing team workflows and identifying inefficiencies.
- Advocate for tools and practices that enhance team productivity and cohesion.
Your skills and experience
The most successful candidates for this role will have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in English.
- Proven experience in managing project delivery for a complex and cross-functional enterprise software.
- A deep understanding of UI/UX and its impact on product design and development.
- Proven experience in simultaneously organizing and prioritizing multiple projects.
- Technically curious and eager to understand how complex systems work.
- Open-minded and willing to venture off the beaten track.
- Technical background and experience to a degree would be a plus, but not mandatory.
