• SQL Expertise (Essential): Ability to write and optimize complex queries. Deep understanding of various SQL syntax and functions
• Database Design: Understanding of DB modeling principles like normalization, indexing. Ability to create ERDs and design schemas
• DBMS Knowledge: MS SQL server (Essential): Experience with major DBMSs like Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL(will be plus)
• Programming Skills (Essential): 
  • Proficiency in database procedural languages like Stored Procedure (DB)
  • Proficiency in data analysis languages like Python and R
• Statistical Knowledge (Will be plus):
  • Understanding of descriptive and inferential statistics
  • Ability to apply statistical methods like hypothesis testing and regression analysis
• Data Preprocessing and Cleaning Skills (Will be plus):
  • Techniques for handling missing values and outliers
  • Capability in feature engineering
• Big Data Processing Technologies (will be plus)
  • Understanding of big data platforms like Hadoop and Spark
  • Experience in handling large-scale datasets

2. Process Knowledge:

• Sales Processes: Understanding of the overall sales processes such as quotations, order processing, shipping, billing, and invoicing.
• Sales Activities Process: Understanding of overalls Visit, Display, Route, Delivery.
• Promotion and Discounts: Understanding of discount settings, and promotion management.

3. SAP Module Knowledge (Will be Plus):

• Basic Configuration and Setup: Deep understanding of the basic configuration and setup of the SAP module.
• Integration: Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (MM, FI, PP, etc.).
• ABAP Understanding: Ability to read and understand ABAP programs, though not necessarily to code
