Data Scientist (AI & Machine Learning)

Job description

Our engineering & product team focuses on hiring amazing people who seek high autonomy and ownership. You'll be working on a wide variety of projects, from designing and optimizing the features our clients need to strategizing on product design that will contribute to the future of work!

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI Agents, AI applications other AI technologies
• Implement and fine-tune large language models (LLMs), including both proprietary and open-source frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into product development
• Stay abreast of industry developments in AI and machine learning, applying new technologies and methodologies to enhance product capabilities

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computational Linguistics, or a related field
• Proven experience in natural language processing and the development of AI applications using OpenAI technologies
• Experience with GPT models and a deep understanding of the functionalities and implementations of large language models (LLMs)
• Prior experience in designing and implementing recommendation systems
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with AI development tools and frameworks
• English is our workplace language; communication and writing skills.
