Chief Product Officer (CPO, Product Manager)

Job description

We are looking for a Chief Product Officer (CPO) with 5 to 10 years of experience in product management, preferably in startups within the US, Europe, or Vietnam. The ideal candidate will have a strong vision for product development and strategy, along with a proven track record of leading product teams to success. Experience with AI is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Product Vision & Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and market needs.
• Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow the product management team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• End-to-End Product Development: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, with a strong focus on user experience (UX) and customer satisfaction.
• Market & User Research: Conduct market research and user testing to inform product decisions and ensure the product meets the evolving needs of customers.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment and successful execution of the product roadmap.
• AI Integration: Drive the integration of AI into products, enhancing functionality and user experience where applicable.
• Performance Metrics: Define and track key product metrics, using data to inform decisions and optimize product performance

Your skills and experience

• 5-10 years of experience in product management, with a strong background in leading product teams.
• Proven experience in successfully driving major products within a startup environment.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and end-to-end product development.
• Experience in the US, Europe, or Vietnam is highly preferred.
• Experience with AI and its application in products is a strong plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
