Job description

Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to elicit and define user requirements.
Research competitive products or other products on the market and suggest ideas/solutions to clients.
Contact to Partners for integration with outside system (Payment gateway, Third-party supplier, …);
Analyze requirements and create function list, use cases, User stories, SRS, mockup, prototype…
Conduct training for project team members and stakeholders to understand the business.
Work closely with the development team and follow the process of the project (schedule, timeline, release date…)
Support and review the testing scenarios, test data, verifying bugs/issues.
Conduct and support users for UAT, verifying if any bugs or issues occur.
Create manual guide for product and conduct demo to clients.

Your skills and experience

At least 3 years of experience in product development as a Business Analyst or PO
Graduated from TOP UNIVERSITY specializing in Information Technology, Economics and Business.
Having National/International awards, direct admission, other scholarships, etc. is highly preferred
Excellent research skills: You should be able to gather and analyze data from a variety of sources, including market research, customer feedback, and industry reports. You should also be able to synthesize this information into actionable insights that can inform our business strategy.
Prototype creation: You should have experience in creating prototypes that accurately reflect our clients' needs and preferences. You should also be able to iterate quickly on your designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
Good sense of UI/UX: You should have a good sense of UI/UX principles and be able to provide guidance to our design team to ensure that their work reflects these principles.
Quick business mindset: You should be able to think on your feet and make strategic decisions quickly. You should also be able to anticipate potential roadblocks and develop contingency plans to keep projects on track.
Proficiency in English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Experience with Blockchain projects is plus
Good skills in using suitable tools (eg: Figma, Visio..) for business modeling, business flow and technical diagrams, creating mockups and prototypes.
Submitting a CV with product mockups you made is a big plus.
