Role Overview: 

As a Business Analyst at QUANTier, you will be instrumental in identifying user needs and market dynamics, informing strategic direction, and ensuring our products meet the highest standards. Your ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and manage the product backlog will significantly impact the quantum computing industry. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with the PO to analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and translate them into proper system requirement specifications. 
• Manage the product backlog, implementation, and work with the Project Manager to commit to the release plan. 
• Provide support to test the system and produce system documentation and user manuals. 
• Work closely with designers to create simple, intuitive yet efficient user experiences (primarily web) that customers love. 

Your skills and experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst. 
• Good documentation and presentation skills. 
• Experience in modeling and designing business processes. 
• Familiar with functional requirements, non-functional requirements, user flow, user journey,  and wireframe. 
• Technical knowledge is a plus / Experience as a software engineer is a plus 
• Experience working as a BA in the IT industry is a plus. 
• Proficient in tools: Flows (Draw.io), Mockups / UIUX (Figma), API tools (Postman). 
• Required English level: 7/10
