Backend Developer (Golang, PostgreSQL)

We're currently seeking a Backend Developer who will play a crucial role in the team and is eager to innovate in digital solutions with a knack for creating intuitive user interfaces. Join us to impact the F&B industry's digital frontier.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services for our FNB ERP system.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and gRPC services.
• Optimize and ensure the performance and scalability of the backend systems.
• Integrate third-party payment systems and finance-related services.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Write efficient code following practical best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

Your skills and experience

Requirements

• Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in back-end development, with a strong focus on Golang.
• Solid understanding of HTTP and gRPC.
• Proficient in PostgreSQL, including schema design and optimization
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

It would be nice if you had:

• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript or ReactJs) for effective team collaboration.
• Prior experience in a SaaS company, especially within the F&B domain, is a significant plus.
• Experience with finance/payment system integration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
