Android Auto - CarPlay development

Job description

Major works:

1. Responsible for resolving Android Auto and CarPlay issues across Connectivity, Audio, Navigation, and Display. 
2. Manage certification-related matters, including direct communication and issue resolution with Apple and Google. 
3. Implement new Android Auto and CarPlay feature requirements 

Responsibilities 

1. Contribute as designer and developer to building Android based Infotainment solutions for automotive consumer devices. 
2. Responsible for the entire life cycle of the assigned domain, including requirements, development and maintenance of Infotainment software. 
3. Work on new feature development, as well as maintenance of existing features and bug fixes. 
4. Engage in all regular software development activities, such as feature requirement analysis, design, code, and test case reviews, to ensure the team delivers high-quality code on time.

Your skills and experience

1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or related majors; 
2. Familiar with projections, such as Android Auto, Carpaly, Carlife, etc.; 
3. Familiar with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, USB connections. 
4. Experienced with google certification e.g. CTS, ATS, CTS-on-GSI and VTS; 
5. Proficient in English (spoken and written) with solid communication skills and problem-solving abilities, capable of collaborating with global teams.
