Job description
Itviec’s client is seeking an AI-Powered Automation Engineer to rebuild how our 1,000-person manufacturing company runs using AI agents. In this role, you will skip the corporate fluff and focus on shifting code weekly to eliminate manual inefficiencies across departments. Working in a greenfield environment with near-zero politics, you will report directly to the General Director, define your own tech stack, and build AI-driven tools that deliver immediate, real-world impact.
1. NAS Cleanup: Use AI to read disorganized file trees, design a proper folder structure,
and mass-rename via scripts.
2. Data Integration: Stitch together disconnected Sales, Material, and Production data
islands into a trusted master file.
3. ERP Prep: Clean legacy datasets and write batch-loading migration scripts ahead of
next year's ERP launch.
4. Internal Tooling: Turn raw feature ideas from non-tech field staff into functional tools
within 48 hours.
5. Market Intelligence: Maintain AI pipelines that scrape competitor filings and websites to
identify potential buyers.
6. Task Automation: Eliminate daily manual bottlenecks across operations (e.g.,
automated cash consolidation scripts for Finance).
Your skills and experience
- AI-Powered Builder: Must have shipped at least one real end-to-end project using AI
- coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, v0, etc.). Live links matter more than a
- polished resume.
- Hands-on Mindset: Comfortable diving into messy, undocumented Excel sheets. Uses
- AI to proactively learn garment operations instead of waiting for senior guidance.
- Communication & Languages: Able to translate factory-floor needs into technical tools.
- Must hold a working conversation in English or Korean.
- Nice-to-have: SQL, Python, manufacturing exposure, and ERP experience.
