AI Engineer (NLP, Python, Deep Learning)

What You’ll Do

• Build, deploy, and optimize AI models, ensuring high performance and accuracy; focusing on the mental health domain 
• Improve and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLM), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and chatbot agents to enhance user experiences 
• Build reasoning agents and intelligent systems 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge NLP technologies into our products and services 
• Keep updated on the latest advancements in AI and apply this knowledge to improve AI pipelines in our products

Your skills and experience

Must-Have: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 
• At least 2 YOEs in NLP/AI with extensive experience and familiarity with the latest advancements in BERT, LLMs, RAG or Agents 
• Deep understanding of Transformer, RAG pipeline, AI data flow Strong programming skills, particularly in Python, and experience with NLP&RAG libraries and frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, Sklearn, Pytorch, LangChain, Autogen, Midjournal). 
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise in designing, building, and deploying sophisticated NLP systems and models in a real-world environment, 
• Showcasing strong technical proficiency, analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Solid coding practices, including writing technical specifications, peer code review 
• Experience in optimizing model performance and response time. 
• Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs, Supabase Database 

Preferred 

• Have experience in the mental health domain 
• Familiar with CI/CD on Clouds (AWS, Azure) 
• Proven track record of conducting high-quality research and publishing in top-tier journals and conferences; OR awards in AI/ICPC/ACM competitions
