Job description
As an Agile Project Manager/Senior Scrum Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of the Product Development Life Cycle within our organization. You will be responsible for helping our product team meet the Sprint and Release Goals, coordinating Scrum events, managing project backlogs, and facilitating effective communication between team members and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Scrum Event Coordination: Facilitate and manage all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring they align with business objectives and are well-defined.
- Team Facilitation: Foster a collaborative and productive team environment by facilitating effective communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure their satisfaction with project outcomes.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track project progress, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
Your skills and experience
- Strong fluency in English is a must
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Coordinator or Scrum Master
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Open-mindedness and willingness to learn: Ability to accept feedback, adapt to new approaches, and continuously develop your skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
