What I liked:
Mình làm ở đây một thời gian cảm thấy rất thoải mái. Mọi người vui vẻ, không drama.
Thi thoảng dev với test có cãi nhau tí nhưng cũng là chuyện thường ngày ở huyện mà mình nghĩ công ty khác cũng không tránh khỏi =)))
Chế độ OT rõ ràng. Ngày thường 150%, cuối tuần 200% lương
Suggestions for improvement:
Văn phòng công ty hơi nhỏ. Giờ số lượng nhân viên cũng đông, công ty nên chuyển sang văn phòng mới rộng hơn để có không gian cho anh em trà bánh, tea-breaks.
Công ty tốt, chuyên làm dự án solution Nhật

Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
