What I liked:
Đã startup được 8 năm nhưng môi trường văn hoá vẫn là startup, rất cởi mở, anh em dev thích đề xuất cải tiến gì có thể lên gặp thẳng CTO nói chuyện, học hỏi được nhiều nếu ae chủ động
Product nên không bao giờ phải OT, chắc chỉ có leaders các team phải OT fix bug nếu là bug gấp
Suggestions for improvement:
Cần xây dựng văn hoá công ty sâu hơn nữa. Thêm những khoá training cho ae.
Senior vào thì cần chú ý vì business OTA ở Việt Nam đang bấp bênh, không ổn định.

The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request. There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.
Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
