What I liked:
- Khối lượng công việc không nhiều, khá chill
- Các CLB thể thao được tài trợ tiền hoạt động
- Giờ giấc tương đối linh hoạt
- Phù hợp với người thích ổn định, an nhàn
Đôi khi vẫn phải OT nhưng ko có lương OT cho BA, chưa có cơ chế log work
Suggestions for improvement:
- Mức lương thấp hơn mặt bằng chung
- Các sếp đánh giá chưa đúng năng lực của nhân viên
- Không có lộ trình thăng tiến rõ ràng
- Duy trì các dự án kém khả quan
