What I liked:
* English work environment, using English regularly to discuss with Japanese Biz (read & write)
* Provide MacBook from the first-day probation :vv
* 100% salary probation, 100% insurance, 20 days annual leave
* Time work convenient 9h-18h (1h lunch), not OT, get out office at 18:00 :vv
* Colleagues are very friendly, special SRE team - very enthusiastic support + funny
* My leader, colleague so pro :vv, very very admire, they taught me lots of things about technology and life
* Use Docker and AWS, so I studied a lot of this technologies
* Outsource company, working with big systems
* Reasonable amount of tasks, no pressure tasks, much time to study other things
* Budget training 4 million per year, buy courses in Udemy for employee
* Monthy birthday party
* CEO&BO always listen to the feedback of employees and are very friendly and funny
=> Very suitable for people who can learn by myself.

* Working with the technology of 7-8 years ago :vv, besides new technology, you also need to learn old tech just to maintain :vv

* Increase budget for training and getting certificates.
