What I liked:
- Team IT làm hybrid hoặc remote. (9h-18h)
- Đồng nghiệp hòa đồng, nhiệt huyết
- Office tạm ổn dù mới chuyển từ circo quận 3 sang circo quận 4
- Phù hợp với intern, fresher, junior thì team sử dụng nhiều tech, languages nên học hỏi được nhiều
- Được giao nhiều quyền + trách nhiệm hơn
- Lương cạnh tranh nếu sinh viên mới ra trường
- Anh CTO điềm đạm, giỏi và biết lắng nghe nhân viên
Không OT, tự OT nếu chưa làm xong task, nếu vào mùa của nhà xe thì ngày làm 10 tiếng
Suggestions for improvement:
- Chạy theo feature nhiều, nếu level middle không học hỏi được nhiều, tốn nhiều thời gian một ngày làm việc, có khi tự OT để bù => không có thời gian phát triển bản thân
- Lương từ middle tăng chậm
- Sau dịch cắt company trip, bảo hiểm lương cơ bản (thông cảm công ty do kinh tế khó khăn)
- Không cấp máy riêng
- Quy trình một số chổ còn rườm rà, chưa chuyên nghiệp do là start-up
