Công ty luôn có những khóa học và chỉ tiêu phát triển năng lực cho từng cá nhân
OT có chính sách và chi trả đúng quy định, ở level cao thì sẽ đổi thành ngày nghỉ bù dự án

Khu vực nhà vệ sinh của công ty cần được cải thiện thêm
Môi trường tích cực, nhiều dự án để học hỏi
