Đồng nghiệp hòa đồng, sếp tốt, quan tâm nhân viên.
Mỗi năm đều được du lịch
Các chế độ khác cũng OK.
OT có lương và phụ cấp tiền ăn đầy đủ đúng luật.
Một số dự án gấp thì mới cần OT.
Suggestions for improvement:
Nên tổ chức nhiều khóa học, chuyên đề cho nhân viên

Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
