What I liked:

I have worked in the software industry for nearly 20 years and have experienced both outsourcing and product companies. Topicus Vietnam is one of the companies I enjoy working for the most.

The working environment is very flexible. Employees can work from home two days per week, which helps maintain a healthy work-life balance. The office is located in a convenient area, making commuting easier, especially with the recent traffic improvements on Cong Hoa Street. The workspace itself is simple, comfortable, and well-ventilated, creating a pleasant atmosphere for daily work.

The company culture is another strong point. It has a European working style where people are treated with respect, and I have not experienced office politics or unhealthy competition. I have had the opportunity to work closely with experienced Dutch managers who are professional, approachable, and supportive. The leadership team is young, energetic, and genuinely listens to employee feedback and suggestions.

The HR and Recruitment teams are also outstanding. They are friendly, caring, and always willing to help both employees and candidates. The recruitment process is straightforward and efficient without unnecessary steps. Interviewers are respectful, well-prepared, and ask relevant questions based on the candidate's experience and background.

The compensation package is reasonable. In addition to the monthly salary, employees receive a 13th-month salary and a performance bonus that depends on individual contribution and company performance. In many years, the performance bonus is equivalent to approximately one month's salary
It is not very much OT requests, but when you are requested OT, you will recieve extra monney based on the OT's effort. It is a fare policy.
