Công ty chính thức thành lập tại TP.HCM từ năm 2023, tuy nhiên trên thực tế đã hiện diện tại Việt Nam từ nhiều năm trước. Môi trường làm việc năng động, chuyên nghiệp, với sự hợp tác chặt chẽ giữa các team tại Việt Nam và Hà Lan. Thường xuyên sử dụng tiếng anh trong công việc.
Ý kiến của nhân viên được lắng nghe và ghi nhận để cải thiện liên tục. Công ty quan tâm đến đời sống nhân viên, thể hiện qua việc tặng quà vào các dịp lễ, có nhiều câu lạc bộ thể dục thể thao.
Khối lượng công việc hợp lý, không thường xuyên phải làm thêm giờ.
Suggestions for improvement:
Một số quy trình và tài liệu nội bộ vẫn đang trong quá trình hoàn thiện, cần được chuẩn hóa rõ ràng hơn để nhân viên mới dễ tiếp cận.
Bên cạnh các nội dung đào tạo về nghiệp vụ chuyên môn, công ty cần tổ chức thêm nhiều khóa đào tạo nhằm hỗ trợ nhân viên nâng cao các kỹ năng mềm.
In overall, I feel that working at Topicus is a very good experience, recommend
